So I went here yesterday with my friend and naturally is was very crowded since it was such a nice day out, but we got there at a pretty good time. We ordered and everything was fine and it came quickly, food was good too but I couldn't finish my actual meal since I wanted to get some ice cream too. So I asked for my friend to go up and get me a box to take home my food in and to order some ice cream. I asked him to order a medium cone for me and when he came back he had no box and the cone size was rather small than what I'm used to for the "medium" size. I get the same thing every time so I'm pretty sure that the medium is pretty tall. He explained to me that whoever was getting the cone gave away another cone already and it was pretty big in comparison to the one they had forgotten to make. So possibly the other person got the medium cone we paid for and I got their small. So that sucked. His order was wrong too. I also had to wait in a long line just to get a cardboard box...so like I'm not MAD but I'm disappointed that our ice cream orders weren't fulfilled correctly. Also, the parking lot is right in the way of the drive thru and the line was so long we couldn't pull out of the parking spot for awhile since we're in NY and people just can't let you go in front of them to get out for any reason.

** If an item is going to be free for an offer BUT requires a purchase, there should be a way to scan the free code WITHOUT it being rung up with a purchase....
My son had to eat his ice cream BEFORE eating his food**

I am not the greatest fan of Dairy Queen but its an old time solution to beating the heat wave we have been having. There was a promotion to get a FREE dipped cone for the first day of summer so we stopped by to check it out.

In order to redeem the offer they required you to download the app ( which is a very large file to add to your phone )
You also had to make a $5 purchase.

The app was full of all sorts of offers and even allowed you to order ahead.
We then learned that the app was not really working as people were trying to pick up orders that they were being told were not processed.
When we went to use the free cone offer it was not showing any offers in the rewards. This was the case with everyone in our party.

While all the confusion was a bit frustrating, my teen was content with his 2/$5 burgers and his free orange creamsicle cone.

I am part of the DQ Blizzard Fan Club so, occasionally, they send me BOGO Blizzard coupons and I am glad to list this location as my "home" DQ.

I've been here a few times now to redeem these BOGO coupons and each time has been a nice experience.  Now, I will admit that each time I've come in, there was a little bit of a wait before I was waited on/served. I usually come in on Saturday afternoons to redeem these coupons but they are usually not busy. The wait doesn't bother me too much though as each Blizzard I've ordered has been made perfectly.  What also helps is that I get very lucky with nice, friendly staff every time!  They are always very nice, attentive, and willing to make small talk and, most importantly, they smile, making you feel welcomed (something that doesn't seem to happen very often when I go out...).

I ordered two, small DQ Blizzards: Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough (October 2018 Blizzard of the Month) and Reese's Outrageous.  I will admit, the small size always comes across as a little undersized but as soon as I bite into one, I realize that they are the perfect size for a dessert.  I usually get lucky with this spot too where they fill the small-size cup perfectly: the treat doesn't spill over the sides of the cup but there is usually a little bit past the top of the cup.  Each Blizzard I've ordered here has been great so far: rich, thick, and creamy, with plenty of the fill-ins.

My "go-to" Blizzard flavor is Oreo Cheesecake (one not listed on the menu but can still can be ordered.)  DQ is a nice treat and switch up from the typical ice cream cone and this location has not disappointed me yet!

Pro-tip: If you order your DQ Blizzards "to-go" ask for the spoons separate and have them put sundae lids on top.

This location is similar to many other locations. They have a nice clean dining area, the service is good, and the food as well as the ice cream is nice and consistent. Well worth the trip out here to get the Misty float.

This is definitely a five star place as far as fast food goes. The place was super clean and the service was above and beyond compared to other fast food spots in WNY. The food is basic stuff done right for a good price.  This is my first time going to a Dairy Queen where they have a Grill and I was pleasantly surprised. It's a really good spot to bring kids.
